Your payment will be drafted on the 1st of each month. Boxes will be packed and ready for pickup or shipping within 15 days of that payment, sometimes earlier!
If you sign up after the 1st of the month, then your payment will be drafted the following month on the 1st.
There is no long term commitment. We hope you love your boxes! But, if you need to cancel your subscription, please visit this link XXXXX and fill out the form to cancel your subscription. Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (5th of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.
Three and six month options may submit a cancellation prior to the end of their subscription, however, charges and deliveries will continue through the duration of the committment.
My Jewelry Making Box website uses Stripe and Paypal to process your payments. Both of these companies are highly rated for thier security measures in protecting your information. Your trust in us is dependant on your trust in our integrity, so yes, your payment is secure when using our checkout system.
